Family business in organic farming. Located on the farm, La Station cheese factory produces cheeses made from raw and thermised cow milk. Winner of many regional, provincial and national awards, our products are a reflection of the richness of our terroir and the quality of our know-how. Come taste Alfred Le Fermier (firm raw milk cheese) in its environment, directly on the land where it was born. Also, La Comtomme (semi-firm dough), our famous nature and pepper raclettes and our special fabrications are always available for sale and tasting at our shop on the farm.
