Activities

The Musée des beaux-arts de Sherbrooke is located in the former head office of the Eastern Township Bank, a 19th century building. It highlights the original safe by presenting artifacts. The Museum has three exhibit halls; two are reserved for temporary exhibits, one for the permanent exhibit Couleurs manifestes.

Annually it presents 8 exhibits that will help you discover artists from the region and abroad. The Museum offers an educational service, bilingual guides tours for groups of 10 or more (approximate length 1 hour).

Also, come discover the wide range of works by artists and artisans from the Eastern Townships region in the Boutique du Musée des beaux-arts de Sherbrooke! You will find many works in paints, sculptures, photographs and jewelry, a wide selection of greeting cards and publications, catalogues dealing with all forms of art.
