Westley has a 50-seat bar / bistro, in which there is a fluid kitchen and dining area, where a team of collaborating chefs offers a seasonal menu. This menu, well, it is mostly concocted from vegetables they have grown themselves, and from meat and fish that have been respectfully bred and processed.

Westley embodies a restaurant where the kitchen does not hesitate to interfere in the business of the dining room, and vice versa: do not be surprised to see the kitchen team at the tables. Speaking of what's on your plate, Westley is moving away from the traditional soup-starter-main trilogy, replacing it with a three-part menu; vegetables, meat and fish. We tame the experience of sharing between guests, and conviviality.

Westley welcomes guests in a 1920s bistro inspired space. In the image of the roaring twenties, we let ourselves be carried away by the music, by the warm and festive atmosphere, and we give back together life to the original nature of the authentic bistro. The 5 to 7 is also an ideal time to come live the Westley experience, a drink in hand simply, or to nibble.
